The RecoverPain team consists of coaches who, throughout their careers, have dedicated themselves to some of those tougher, more complex, often year-long conditions that need a more thoughtful, tailored approach. Since each coach specializes in lower back pain and sciatica, they bring a depth of understanding specific to these challenges. Unfortunately, in today’s landscape of chronic pain, there’s often a significant gap between the latest literature and the approaches widely promoted. We’re proud to be a team that values science and actively contributes to the field, ensuring that our clients benefit from insights that reflect the best of what current research has to offer.
Each person’s experience with chronic pain is different, which is why a tailored approach is needed. A proper plan of gradual exposure should target weak links, build capacity, and reduce your nerves' sensitivity of producing pain.

Today, it’s clear that pain is a multi-faceted experience, influenced by factors such as inflammation, weak links, gut health, pathology, and nerve sensitivity. We use our bio-psycho-social tracking tools to monitor and optimize these elements weekly, helping your nerves and nervous system adapt effectively.
We are dedicated to improving the lives of our clients by providing comprehensive, personalized pain management solutions.

Lower back pain affects over 540 million people worldwide, with about 80% of adults experiencing it at some point. It’s an issue that can make even daily routines a struggle. Each of our coaches specializes in lower back pain, using the latest insights from pain science to help clients find effective and lasting ways to manage and reduce discomfort over time. We’re proud to have maintained a high success rate among clients who qualified for our program, and we’re careful to accept only those we genuinely believe we can help. Our focus is on lasting relief, going beyond the quick, temporary fixes.
